The goal is to grow a variety of cold-hardy perennial edibles.

  • Wild Alpine Strawberries 
  • Rhubarb
  • Red Raspberry 

Asparagus 
  • Mary Washington
  • Purple Passion

Various herbs 
  • Peppermint (surprisingly hardy)

  • Basil (hardy indoors)
    • cinnamon basil
    • black or dark red basil
  • Thyme (moderately hardy)
  • Rosemary (not very hardy)

Fruit trees 
  • Native American Wild Plum
  • Mystery Apple!
  • Siberian Bird Cherry
